Endriyana : My name is Endriyana. Where you come from ?
Kurniawan : I come from Paris, and you ?
Endriyana : Oh.. I am originally from Indonesia.

Kurniawan : What I see, fair enough and rarely the workers protesting about wages or salaries. The
workers in my country, so enjoy the wages or salaries they receive.
Endriyana : Really nice to work in Paris. What about the promotion of its workforce?
Kurniawan : Promotion of employment, in accordance with the provisions of their respective companies.

Kurniawan : Oh so. government should pay attention to issues like this, so that all workers feel cared for.
Endriyana : Ya, I agree with you. the government is indeed it shall more attention to the fate of its people.

in Indonesia?
Endriyana : Yes, it's still a lot of unemployment in Indonesia, and to date the government has not done

Kurniawan : Same as in Indonesia, and can make subordinates feel not happy with the boss's behavior
reckless and they can resigned from the company.
Endriyana : Okay, what about the benefits obtained by the employee?

Unemployment Problem (Tulisan Softskill)
The number of unemployed continues to grow from about 4.5 million people, or 5% in 1997 (before the economic crisis), to about 6.5 million people or 7% in 2000 and to 9.5 million people or 9.5% in , 2003. Similarly, half the number of unemployed increased from 29 million in 1997 to approximately 31 million people in 2000 and 2003.
Indicator macroeconomic in the last three years it gradually in the form of inflation and interest rates are relatively low. However, macroeconomic indicators have not been able to boost the real sector.
Formal employment opportunities around it is reduced from approximately 31.5 million in 2000 to around 27.5 million in 2003. That is, within three years of around 4 million displaced workers from the formal sector. Some of the displaced workers are flooding the informal sector is not productive and some add an army of unemployed. Similarly, the new workforce is minimal absorption in the formal sector. The main cause is a severe problem of policy makers since the New Order government to date has really believe in trickle-down-effect. They assume, by encouraging economic growth, unemployment and poverty will be automatically resolved. But they do not realize the economic structure of the dominant informal sector, bureaucratic barriers and market rigidity. For example, although the interest rate on a macro scale below 10%, but almost no rural banks (BPR), which charge interest on loans below 25%. Similarly, the family farmers and poor families, remains very difficult to get credit because they generally do not understand and fill out a form giving collateral agreements to borrow money.
Thus,
the new government, especially during the first 100 days of work cabinet, need to prioritize poverty and underemployment, with:
- Develop self-sustaining businesses and small businesses, including family businesses and crafts people. Efforts medium and large are welcome to utilize the convenience of macroeconomic indicators that have been relatively good.
- To encourage the development of independent, small businesses and families, need to channel funds through banks such as RB and tingkst rate below 15% per year.

Umum Pojok Net
Pojok net adalah salah satu usaha jasa dibidang warnet yang
terletak di Perum. Taman Rahayu Regency, Bantargebang, Bekasi. Warnet ini cukup
bagus dan banyak pelanggan yang datang. Selain warnet, si pemilik juga membuka jasa
rental PS. Kedua usahanya sama-sama
berjalan dengan lancar. Suatu usaha pasti menginginkan keuntungan yang
maksimal, sama dengan usaha ini juga menginginkan keuntungan yang maksimal dan
mencapai suatu kesuksesan.

dari Pojok Net, maka dilakukan analisis lingkungan yang dapat mempengaruhi dan
lingkungan yang tidak mempengaruhi serta analisis SWOT dengan mengidentifikasi yaitu Strength,

Conditioner (AC), disamping itu disetiap user disediakan ruangan tertutup
dan akses internetnya cepat dengan harga yang begitu terjangkau.

banyak dan terdapat earphone di
setiap komputer, serta full musik.
¨ Memiliki karyawan yang mengerti
kemauan pelanggan.

selalu bersih, sehingga membuat tidak nyaman.
¨ Arus listrik yang tidak stabil,
sehingga bila semua peralatan listrik dinyalakan, maka arus listrik terputus.

¨ Usaha itu berada ditempat yang strategis
di dekat sekolah dan di dalam perumahan.
¨ Didekat usaha itu, tidak ada yang
mempunyai usaha yang sama.

kantin, sehingga bisa menambah pemasukan

¨ Karyawan kurang dapat dipercaya

pesat. Artinya banyak sekali teknologi yang membuat gadget pintar atau tab/ipad
dan lainnya, yang bisa memudahkan kita menemukan informasi dengan cepat yang
kita butuhkan.
